Our Honey Harvesting Journey

 

When we moved to the farm, we discovered that bees were already part of its story. We inherited an assortment of hives and beekeeping equipment, though much of it needed care and repair before it could be put to use.

The owner’s stepson took an interest in the hives and began learning the craft of beekeeping. He gained experience through hive inspections, patient observation and hands-on work—along with more than a few bee stings.

Since then, several wild swarms have joined the colonies already on the farm. What began with a collection of old hives has grown into a living, buzzing part of daily life here. We’ve learned to respect the bees and are grateful for the precious contribution they make to our lives.

Eventually, the honey harvest grew beyond what we could enjoy ourselves. It was time to share it with fellow honey lovers. By enjoying our honey, you share in our journey—and become part of the story.
